If your goal is to produce barbequed food as good, or better, than is generally offered to the public, this is a 'must book'. I am barbequing like  a pro and with a greater understanding of the art.  You can't go wrong here! Armed with my $28 H2O smoker and this book, I have become a legend among family and friends. If you  enjoy smoking meats, this is the book for you! Great recipes for rubs and sauces/marinades, simple instructions, handy ingredients and entertaining background info.
